Table 'TeraWurflCache' doesn't exist

Hi,
I am having some trouble getting Tera-Wurfl properly installed on my host. While developing on my local host, Tera-Wurfl worked great... but with trying to upload this to my host now, I am having the error "Table 'xxxxxxx.TeraWurflCache' doesn't exist" come up. I know that the tables do exist in the database, and that they are populated (when I was having problems loading the tables through the admin index.php script, I export the tera-wurfl tables and imported them to my host's database), yet it still says it cannot find the tables?

Please, could someone help? I need to get this site up and going ASAP..

If you created the database on Windows and exported it into a Linux host, the tables names might have been lowercase on your system, but Linux is case sensitive, so perhaps it can't find them.
