Installation problems

Hello, A total newbee here. Can someone please help me explain these errors and maybe give a hint on possible soloutions. The first I get. Apparently my server doesn't allow set_time_limit. I can probably live with that.
But the errors conserning simplexml_load_file I don't understand.

I have $OVERRIDE_MEMORY_LIMIT=true and $MEMORY_LIMIT = "512M" but have also tried with different settings before.

The memory problem is because even though you've told PHP that you need more memory, your hosting provider still limits the available memory per-process. There's a more in-depth explanation here. I would recommend using a smaller WURFL file, you can download the WURFL Customizer which lets you strip the capabilities that you're not going to use out of the WURFL - check out this YouTube video to see how it works.

That sounds great as I basically only want to to know whether or not it is a wiresless, or handheld, device.
