IMPORTANT

The database tables get created and the settings get populated when the WURFL is updated. Are you using a stripped down version of the WURFL by chance (i.e. via WURFLCustomizer)? Have you tried updating the DB again? Are you using a database table prefix, or any other non-default settings in the config file?
