Adding a video that is compatible with all devices is a complicated process and I'm not sure I can walk you through it entirely, since most of the settings are dependent on your environment. You will need to look through the WURFL capabilities (http://wurfl.sourceforge.net/help_doc.php#playback) and determine which video formats you are going to serve, then use Tera-WURFL to detect which format is most appropriate.
